The Chaank Armaments Corporation is experimenting with the ultimate fighting machine which is part human, part machine. So far, the Hardman project has been unreliable and has killed a number of innocent people.
The company is under heavy critiscism by protestors and the media for conducting unauthorised weapons research and the new Chief Executive Hayden Cale (Ely Pouget), wants the project shut down. When Hardman's originator, Jack Dante (Brad Dourif), is fired he unleashes the ultimate killing machine against Cale and those who have helped her. Deep below the buildings of Chaank Armaments the battle begins!
